Begin with a freshly cleansed face and apply toner to prepare the skin.
Remove the mask from the package and gently unfold it.
Place the sheet evenly over the face and smooth it down for close contact.
Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the mask and discard it.
Gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
Follow with your usual moisturiser or sunscreen if desired.
