Prep: After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from your hair so it is damp but not soaking wet.
Apply: Massaging a generous amount through the mid-lengths to the very ends of your hair.
Wait: Leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes for daily conditioning, or 5 to 10 minutes as a deep recovery mask.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
